Role Overview
The MDM Operations Specialist will manage and support mobile device management (MDM) platforms ensuring secure compliant and efficient operations across iOS and Android environments. This role involves incident resolution service task management configuration testing and deployment of new features while adhering to client SLAs and security standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage EUC Mobile Ops team (Level 3 Escalation Support)
- Manage End user operations for personal & corporate owned Android and iOS devices
- Manage End user operations via Microsoft Intune / Omnissa Workspace One Blackberry UEM
- Provide quick support to VIP / VVIPs users for mobile operations.
- Prepare weekly Incident & Change management related reports
- Attend daily Standup call & weekly Ops call
- Prepare Knowledge Base articles for handling complex issues on timely basis
- Provide KT to new joiners on demand basis
- Provide process improvement training to L2 / L1 team
- Provide timely guidance to L2 / Remote support / Local IT team
- Coordinate with Infra Ops / Product Engineering team on a timely basis for complex issues
- Closely work with various product vendors support ticket like Microsoft / Omnissa / Black Berry
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of MDM platforms (Workspace ONE Intune).
- Experience in mobile OS (iOS Android) configuration and security testing.
- Familiarity with Apple Business Manager Samsung Knox and enterprise app integrations.
- Ability to troubleshoot incidents and perform root cause analysis.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- 7-10 years of experience in MDM operations or mobile device security.
- Exposure to automation tools and reporting frameworks.
- ITIL certification or equivalent process knowledge
