職務内容

リモート適宜オンサイトを通じたアプリケーションサポートを提供します
超音波診断装置のワークフローとユーティリティに関して操作サポート依頼内容を的確に判断しお客様の要望に沿って装置の操作説明を行います
InSiteを含む最新ツールを積極的に活用しお客様および業務の効率化を図ります
カイゼンLean活動を推進しCall Quality向上やCost reductionなど業務の効率化も図ります
部門を超えたチームと協力して顧客の声に基づいて顧客に付加価値を提供します
基本的な超音波アプリケーションスキルの維持向上のためトレーニングとOJTを通じてリモートおよびオンサイトを通じてフィールドサービスエンジニアをサポートします

<必須要件>

超音波製品に関するアプリケーションスキル経験および知識を有する特に心臓領域(CVUS)に強みを持つ方もしくは当該領域に強い関心と学ぶ意欲の高い方
リモートおよびオンサイトを通じて顧客およびフィールドサービスエンジニアにソリューションを提供する
超音波アプリケーションサポートスキルを向上させるための情熱とエネルギーがある
アプリケーショントレーニングとOJTを実施するためのコーディネーションファシリテーションのスキルを有する
