Who You Are

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee our core accounting operations and lead a small offshore team. This role will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy timeliness and integrity of key accounting functions including Accounts Receivable (AR) Accounts Payable (AP) and the month-end close process.

This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in a structured detail-oriented environment and enjoys both managing people and driving operational excellence across global teams.

What Youll Do

Lead and manage a small accounting team providing guidance coaching and oversight
Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)
Own and manage the month-end quarter-end and year-end close process ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Review journal entries account reconciliations and financial reporting outputs
Prepare and organize audit deliverables and support external audit processes
Ensure compliance with internal controls policies and accounting standards
Partner cross-functionally with Finance Operations and other stakeholders
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and scalability
Support communication and coordination across time zones with offshore team members

What Were Looking For

5 years of progressive accounting experience
A bachelors degree in accounting is required
CPA or path to CPA is a plus
Experience with NetSuite is a plus
Prior experience managing or mentoring a team (including offshore teams is a plus)
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively across global teams
