Job Description:
- Program management excellence: scope/timeline control dependency management risk/issue mitigation operational rigor.
- Analytical storytelling: can turn data into decisions; create clear visuals and narratives for executivesBachelors Degree (or equivalent experience).
- 4 years experience in program/project management across cross-functional stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams dependencies and deadlines with strong execution discipline.
- Experience creating program reporting and translating program progress into leadership-ready updates and insights.
- Experience in data analysis supporting program execution; comfort with dashboards.
- Some proficiency with Power BI to create lightweight analyses and executive-ready visuals.
- Experience in customer-facing programs (enablement adoption onboarding success motions pilots).
