Product Manager Rare Disease VHL

Reports to: Associate Director Welireg Marketing
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Product Manager to join the Marketing Team and help shape the strategy execution and lifecycle management of a firstinclass therapy for the rare genetic condition VHL disease. This role will partner crossfunctionally to drive impactful launches ensure patientcentric value delivery and strengthen our leadership in the rare oncology space.
The Product Manager will contribute to the product strategy drive gotomarket excellence and lead continuous discovery to understand stakeholder needs.
Key Responsibilities
1. Product Strategy
Contribute to formulating & refining Welireg product strategy positioning and differentiation in the VHL rare-disease landscape
Develop clear product metrics and regularly assess performance to inform strategic decisions
2. Execution Excellence
Drive marketing planning promotional execution and crossfunctional alignment to ensure timely and impactful market activities
Ensure full compliance with company policy and regulations in marketing engagements and activities
3. Customer & Stakeholder Engagement
Engage closely with key scientific leaders to understand unmet needs and collect insights to inform marketing strategy & action
Build strong relationships with crossfunctional partners (medical market access compliance analytics) to incorporate insights into strategy and planning
Facilitate direct communication between delivery teams and customers to ensure feedback loops and usercentered improvements
4. Operational & DataDriven Leadership
Use data and analytics to drive decisionmaking understanding both product usage and evolving customer behaviors
Coordinate measurement frameworks to monitor and improve product fitness and impact
Qualifications
Motivated accountable result-oriented collaborative
Bachelors degree in Life Sciences Medicine Pharmacy Business or related field.
6 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing product management or related commercial roles; oncology or rare-disease exposure preferred.
Experience in medical affairs or sales roles is a plus
Strong strategic thinking and execution capabilities with the ability to translate insights into clear product strategies.
Demonstrated analytical skills and ability to work with crossfunctional stakeholders.
Excellent communication and projectmanagement skills.
