STEWARD - FT

Role: The Steward is responsible for providing the restaurant with clean china tableware cookware and all other equipment needed.

Responsibilities:

Clean and wash all kitchen equipment pots pans china silverware and glasses using the dishwasher as appropriate.
Properly store all kitchen equipment pots pans china silverware and glasses.
Deliver and properly store all stock from receiving department.
Deliver products and stock to food outlets.
Clean floors in the kitchen area and cookers.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must possess excellent teamwork interpersonal customer service and verbal communication skills.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule as required by business operations including late nights weekends and holidays; shifts may change.
High School Diploma/GED required
