This role is essential to the success of our kitchen and dining experience ensuring cleanliness organization and efficiency behind the scenes. - Wash sanitize and properly store dishes cookware and kitchen utensils
- Maintain cleanliness of dish room kitchen floors trash areas and equipment
- Assist with basic kitchen cleaning and organization tasks
- Support cooks and chefs with timely and organized dish flow
- Follow all sanitation safety and health department standards
- Handle trash recycling and compost according to procedures
- Maintain a positive team-oriented attitude during busy services
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to cleanliness organization and safety
- Willingness to work evenings weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Previous steward or dishwasher experience preferred but not required
