Job Summary
Job Location - Pune
Experience
Staffing Recruiter: 2 years in the Blue Collar and Bulk Hiring in the Warehouse/ Manufacturing Industry
Senior Recruiter: 4 years in the Blue Collar and Bulk Hiring in the Warehouse/ Manufacturing Industry
Assistant Manager: 6-8 years in the Blue Collar and Bulk Hiring in the Warehouse/ Manufacturing Industry
Qualification - Minimum Graduate.
Gender - Male / Female.
CTC - Rs.3 Lacs to Rs.6.6 Lacs per annum
Requirements
Key Responsibilities -
1. Ensure timely manpower deployment as per client SLA.
2. Manage bulk hiring operations & team performance
3. Monitor DOJ vs Target vs Attrition
4. Handle client escalations & workforce challenges
5. Oversee onboarding attendance & compliance coordination
6. Lead recruiters TLs & vendor partners
Required Skills/Competencies -
1. 2 years of experience in General Staffing / Manpower Outsourcing
2. Strong exposure to Blue-Collar / Bulk Hiring
3. Experience handling Manufacturing Logistics E-Commerce clients
4. Strong leadership & client management skills
5. Comfortable with MIS dashboards & performance tracking.
6. Should have their own two-wheeler/four-wheeler.
7. Can manage 10-12 team members under him with a headcount of a minimum of 1200.
