Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Freelance Recruiter with 5 years of hiring experience to support our talent acquisition requirements across sales operations plant engineering finance HR and corporate functions. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing capabilities screening expertise and the ability to close positions within defined timelines.
Strong English communication and proficiency (spoken and written) is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Source quality candidates through job portals LinkedIn references and personal networks
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for mid-level and senior-level positions
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic assessments
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates
- Maintain candidate pipelines for current and future openings
- Share shortlisted profiles with quality notes and suitability feedback
- Ensure timely closures against agreed hiring targets
- Support hiring for multiple locations across India
- Maintain confidentiality and professional candidate experience
