Job Description:

We are searching for the best talent for Senior Supervisor Learning Resource Management (LRM) .

The Learning Delivery team manages the end-to-end execution of learning programs ensuring seamless logistics high-quality delivery and optimal vendor performance. Focuses on simplifying processes reducing complexities and fostering collaboration across functions and vendors. Utilizes data to generate key insights for continuous improvement with a strong focus on enhancing the learners experience and supports the delivery of both standardized and personalized onsite and virtual learning experiences across the organization.

The Senior Supervisor Learning Resource Management (LRM) leads the team responsible for ensuring the Learning organization has the right vendor partnerships operational processes and data to deliver highquality global programs. They oversee both LRM Deliveryfocusing on metrics data accuracy operational excellence and process simplificationand LRM Business providing strategic and financial insights on vendor performance cost optimization and COI.

This leader guides and develops the LRM Specialist and senior contributors drives strategic vendor relationships and ensures efficient resource allocation and policyaligned operations. The role requires strong judgment integrity and the ability to operate with poise in a complex fastevolving environment while fostering a highperformance collaborative culture.

LRM Operating Model operates through two complementary dimensions to enable value:

  • LRM Delivery focuses on operational execution owns delivery metrics and reporting ensures SMEs align to strategy and quality standards maintains accurate vendor operational data identifies and tracks efficiencies and drives process simplification/optimization for smooth program delivery.

  • LRM Business provides the strategic and financial lens analyzes value creation (vendor performance cost optimization COI) delivers stakeholderfocused reporting and insights and identifies opportunities to enhance performance and create business value.

LRM Delivery (Operational Execution)

Align and coach Delivery SMEs across four Delivery teams to LRM Delivery strategy quality standards and required data processes; conduct recurring check ins to maintain alignment.

Guide Delivery Leads as they deepen their understanding of LRM processes standards and requirements.

Ensure operational data from vendor activities is accurate complete timely and consistently captured oversee data quality and governance.

Own delivery related metrics and reporting; provide visibility to performance risks and corrective actions.

Support day to day vendor related guidelines and coordination to maintain smooth effective program execution.

Identify prioritize and oversee simplification/optimization opportunities within LRM processes; support SMEs to implement improvements.

Track execution data with SMEs support; quantify and project delivery efficiencies generated by process improvements.

Design implement and maintain a value capture tracker (with Finance alignment) to record forecast vs. actual impact including savings cost avoidance productivity and ROI related to Delivery initiatives.

Enable successful capture of actual vs. projected impact by year end to reflect the Delivery teams value delivered.

Ensure effective case management; regularly review open cases and drive timely accurate closure with the appropriate parties.

LRM Business (Strategic & Financial Value)

Analyze business value generated through vendor management (performance quality capacity risk) and recommend actions to improve outcomes.

Provide stakeholderfocused insights and reporting on vendor performance cost trends savings opportunities budget efficiency and ROI tied to vendor activities.

Identify and size financial impact beyond vendor management (e.g. automation process redesign workflow improvements) including cost avoidance/savings and COI of Delivery initiatives.

Design and maintain the crossLRM valuecapture tracker to ensure transparent auditable benefits realization (in partnership with Finance Procurement and Data & Analytics).

Frame and prioritize strategic opportunities where operational process or partnership changes can enhance performance and create business value.

Partner with Finance Procurement and Data & Analytics to ensure accuracy of financials benefits realization and transparent storytelling.

Collaborate with Learning Solutions Delivery Leads Operations Excellence Special Events Global Services Operations Procurement Finance Legal and key vendors to enable execution and value creation.

Contribute to enterprise initiatives and complete ad hoc responsibilities as assigned

Participate in team- and organization-wide extracurricular activities in support of people skills and personal development

People Leadership & Ways of Working

Provide daytoday leadership to the LRM Senior specialist; coach senior team contributors who support the LRM SMEs.

  • Required Minimum Education: A minimum of a bachelors degree is required.

  • Required Years of Related Experience: A minimum of eight (8) years of experience in vendor management finance or procurement is required.

  • Proven experience leading operational execution and reporting with strong data governance and analytics skills (e.g. Excel/Power BI).

  • Demonstrated ability to quantify financial impact (savings cost avoidance ROI) and partner with Finance/Procurement on benefits realization.

  • Strong stakeholder management communication and influencing skills across functions and geographies.

  • People leadership experience including coaching and performance management.

  • Ability to prioritize operate with urgency and drive outcomes in a fast paced matrixed environment.

  • High standards of discretion professionalism and judgment

  • Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal) required.
