The Opportunity
Manulife is looking for Actuarial Analyst to support diversified and ongoing financial optimization projects under IFRS17 and RBC helping Manulife leading in the dynamic market.
On the job you will:
Participate and assist a wide range of financial optimization initiatives on both inforce and new business portfolio including but not limited to par management reinsurance investment policy review modelling enhancement etc.
Enhance pricing and valuation models.
Participate in design and revamp compensation for agency based on experience and to support key channel initiatives. (e.g. agency compensation financing schemes sales incentive schemes etc.)
We are looking for someone with:
University degree holder in Actuarial Science Mathematics Statistics or related fields with progress in actuarial examinations of an internationally-recognized actuarial organization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills both written and oral.
Ability to manage multiple priorities with demanding deadlines.
