職務内容:
ソリューションエンジニア (以下SE) は営業職のパートナーとなり技術的観点から営業職をサポートしF5ソリューションを販売することにありますSEはお客様のビジネス/技術上の課題発見しその課題を解決するためのソリューションを提供しますそのためSEはF5製品クラウドエコシステム対して優れた技術的スキルと知識を保有している必要がありますまたSEはお客様に対して技術観点だけではなくビジネス的なメリットも提示できる必要があります本募集はエンタープライズのお客様製造流通金融などを担当するSEを募集します
業務内容
F5ソリューション全般を担う技術者として関連する技術領域の知識経験を蓄積しお客様の課題解決に適切なF5ソリューションを提供する
お客様のビジネスニーズに沿ってF5の戦略ソリューションその価値を提供できるまたお客様に業界の技術動向などを伝えることによりお客様の新たなビジネスの創造に寄与する
対面非対面等様々なセールスプレゼンテーションソリューションデザインデモンストレーションを通じて技術的な専門知識を提供し商談を進め技術的なWinを獲得する
お客様向けのハンズオンPoC技術的なサポートなどを通じて商談をリードしながらお客様と強固な関係性を構築する
営業と共に意思決定者を特定しPoC技術的なサポートを通じて営業プロセスの推進を支援する
お客様のライフサイクルを通じて一貫した最高クラスの顧客サービスを提供する
お客様やパートナー様の担当技術者としての裁量権を持ちつつ社内の技術者や営業その他のチームと協力し専門知識を活用し様々な案件のニーズに応じ協業する
必要なスキル:
コンピュータサイエンスエンジニアリングの学士号または同等の資格
５年以上のITセキュリティおよびネットワーク事業における技術営業またはプリセールスの実務経験
クラウド仮想化コンテナネットワークセキュリティ人工知能ソリューション関する深い知識
優れた口頭および書面によるコミュニケーション能力
英語の読み書き能力口頭でのコミュニケーション能力があれば尚可
要求の厳しい環境においても優先順位を決定できる積極的で前向きな姿勢
顧客のバリューチェーンとビジネス要件に創造的に対応するソリューションを創出する能力
変化の激しい環境でも快適に業務に取り組み仕事に邁進する意欲
