Job Summary

Description:

Supports the Connected Chillers Team by helping customers use their monitoring dashboards tracking lost communications and coordinating issue resolution with local service branches. Provides customer training performs initial connectivity troubleshooting and ensures cases are documented and resolved efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Train customers on the Connected Chillers dashboard and system features.
- Identify causes of lost communication and perform basic remote troubleshooting. Not required
- Work with local service branches when on site support is needed. An internal team would provide the tech support
- Track and document all customer cases updates and resolutions and
- Communicate clearly with internal service teams and leadership about status next steps and timelines.
- Identify recurring issues and share trends with the team.

Required Skills
- Experience in customer or technical support.
- Understanding connected equipment IoT systems or HVAC/controls. Not required but beneficial
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate with field service teams and manage multiple cases.
