Job Summary
Were seeking an exceptional Technical Sourcing Recruiter to join our AWS Database & Analytics teams talent strategy. Youll be the catalyst who connects innovative technical professionals with leading-edge cloud solutions building diverse teams that drive technological advancement.
You will be responsible for identifying attracting and hiring top-tier technical talent for our rapidly growing database and analytics services.
Key job responsibilities
* Architect comprehensive recruiting strategies for senior and principal-level technical roles in database and cloud services
* Design and execute targeted sourcing approaches to attract diverse high-caliber candidates
* Cultivate strong partnerships with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to understand complex technical requirements

* Leverage data-driven insights to continuously refine recruiting processes and strategies

- 3 years of technical recruiting in high volume and high hiring bar environment experience
- Experience building candidate sourcing and closing strategies
- Experience with contact management system/applicant tracking system for sourcing tracking and managing candidates
- Strong understanding of technical role requirements in cloud and data technologies
- Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches projects and client relationships
- Experience creating measuring and scaling workflow among candidates hiring managers and the recruiting team

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
