Student Training & Rotation Program (STAR Program):
STAR Program is the essential talent development program to build up an early talent pipeline for SAP. This work integrated learning program supports the people strategy of SAP and aligns with the early talent needs of organization across various board areas. The objective is to recruit train develop and convert high-performing self-motivated employees to FTE to fulfill immediate mid- and long-term strategic business objectives.
The program has strong impact globally and it started in SEA region in 2018 and currently has around 35 participants in Singapore Indonesia and Vietnam each year. We need a STAR Trainer to help manage the program deeply engage and develop the students and build partnership both internally and externally.
To be successful in this role at a minimum you will need to demonstrate a passion for early talent developing and mentoring people. You will have great attention to detail proven experience in delivering programs as well as the agility to manage multiple priorities to be delivered across different timelines.
