Job Summary

The Desktop Support Specialist will be responsible for providing day-to-day technical support for end users ensuring all systems devices and applications are functioning efficiently. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills attention to detail and excellent customer  Responsibilities:Provide technical support for Windows-based systemsManage and support Microsoft 365 (including email setup troubleshooting and administration)Install configure and maintain software applicationsTroubleshoot and support printers and scannersProvide remote desktop support for off-site usersManage and support Zoom Phone system including user setup and troubleshootingDiagnose and resolve hardware and software issuesSet up and deploy new workstations and devicesMaintain documentation of systems processes and troubleshooting stepsAssist with IT-related projects and system upgradesTravel between company locations to provide on-site technical support as neededQualifications:Experience with Windows OS support (Windows 10/11)Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Exchange Outlook Teams etc.)Experience supporting printers scanners and peripheral devicesFamiliarity with remote desktop tools and remote supportExperience installing and configuring software applicationsKnowledge of Zoom Phone system administration (preferred)Strong problem-solving and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectivelyPreferred Qualifications:Previous experience in a desktop support or help desk roleBasic networking knowledge (DNS DHCP TCP/IP)Experience in a professional office environmentAdditional Requirements:Ability to travel between multiple office locations as neededValid drivers license and reliable transportation preferredBenefits:Competitive salaryHealth benefitsPaid time offOpportunities for growth and advancementHow to Apply:Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter to Insert Email or Application  Title is an equal opportunity employer.
