Scope of Project
The Help Desk / Desktop Support Specialist will provide technical support to end users in a Windows-based environment. The role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues managing user accounts and ensuring efficient resolution of help desk tickets while maintaining system performance and user productivity.
Responsibilities
Provide end-user support for desktops laptops printers and peripherals
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in Windows environments
Manage user accounts email configurations and password resets
Install configure and update software and security patches
Handle help desk tickets and provide remote troubleshooting support
Support Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook and Active Directory
Assist with hardware upgrades and device deployments
Ensure timely resolution of technical issues and maintain service quality
Required Skills
3 5 years of desktop support or help desk experience
Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues
Experience supporting Windows-based environments
Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Outlook and Active Directory
Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools
Preferred Skills
CompTIA A Certification
CompTIA Network Certification
Microsoft Modern Desktop Administrator Associate (preferred)
