As a team member of Transaction Diligence team you will be responsible forsupervising and actively participating in assignments mainly focusing onfinancial due diligence. Moreover you will have an opportunity to involve inenterprise valuation purchase price allocation anddebt restructuring.
Key responsibilities:
Supervise a team to perform analysis on financial information to identify possible deal breakers and potential opportunities focusing on serving clients in the banking and insurance sectors.
Providing financial due diligence services to merger and acquisition deals including analysis of business drivers quality of earnings quality of assets and key deal issues.
Responsible for engagement planning preliminary review of deal structure.
Help develop project leads hire and train junior staff.
Help EY clients create deal value and manage transaction risks.
Qualifications:
Direct experience in due diligence is a plus.
At least 1 years experience in Auditor
Fast learner with a willing attitude.
Intellectually rigorous with strong analytical skills and a passion for data.
Well-organized with experience of project management.
