Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain relationships with HR and Compensation & Benefits stakeholders in Vietnam
- Engage clients through conversations to understand their business context and workforce priorities
- Support client discussions by asking relevant questions to clarify needs and challenges
Business Development & Opportunity Support
- Take lead initiative in business development activities for WTWs compensation survey and rewards solutions to grow the number of participants actively in targeted industries
- Develop understanding of client needs and identify potential areas where WTW W&R solutions may be relevant to translate into opportunities for project work
- Lead and accountable for follow-up on opportunities and maintaining client engagement to ensure retention and roll-over ease from competitor surveys in Vietnam
Survey Participation & Client Support
- Introduce and position WTWs compensation survey to prospective participants
- Support clients in understanding participation requirements timelines and data submission
- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients throughout the survey cycle
Market Insight & Feedback
- Build knowledge of Vietnam HR practices and compensation trends over time
- Provide feedback to internal teams on:
- Client responses and questions
- Market expectations and challenges
Internal Collaboration
- Work closely with regional consulting and survey teams to understand WTW tools and offerings
- Craft alignment between client needs and internal solutions
- Act as the communication bridge between Vietnamese clients and regional teams to provide local context and establish strong client relationships
Responsibilities

Qualifications
The requirements
- Native Vietnamese with good working proficiency in English
- Around 23 years of relevant experience (candidates with with prior experience in data survey and experience working and growing the vietnamese client database will be strongly considered)
- Exposure to:
- HR Compensation & Benefits recruitment; or
- Business development / client-facing roles
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to engage in structured conversations and ask relevant questions to understand client needs
- Willingness to learn about compensation rewards and HR topics
- Proactive and comfortable working in a cross-border environment
