Job Summary
Automotive Finance Manager (F&I Manager) serves as the critical link between vehicle sales and financial institutions. They are responsible for securing customer loans ensuring strict regulatory compliance and maximizing dealership profitability by selling finance and insurance (F&I) products like extended warranties and protection packages. This role requires balancing high-level sales skills with precise financial documentation deep lender relations and an unwavering commitment to professional ethics.

Core Responsibilities
- Transaction Management:Structure finance and lease deals conduct credit interviews and verify all application information for accuracy.
- Profit Generation:Actively sell F&I products including service contracts aftermarket products and protection plans to meet or exceed monthly dealership targets.
- Compliance:Maintain expert-level knowledge of federal state and local lending regulations to protect the dealership from legal risks.
- Lender Relations:Build and maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions to secure competitive rates for customers.
- Sales Enablement:Train and guide the sales team on current finance programs lease options and the benefits of F&I products
Key Qualifications
- Experience:2 years of experience in automotive finance.
- Skills:Exceptional negotiation communication and organizational abilities are essential alongside proficiency in financial software.
