Key Accountabilities
- STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT & EXECUTION: Develops and executes recruiting strategies by researching and applying understanding of recruiting industry trends and best practices labor market research and competitive intelligence and recruiting tools and technology systems.
- RECRUITING SERVICES: Provides moderately complex recruiting services including candidate sourcing selection processes offer management process documentation compliance management and status communication with candidates and hiring managers and community outreach.
- BUSINESS PARTNERSHIP: Partners with the business on recruiting and sourcing strategies candidate assessment metrics and analytics position responsibilities and forecasting.
- RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT: Develops and maintains internal and external relationships related to the recruitment process including hiring managers human resource professionals industry contacts and candidates.
- LEGAL REQUIREMENTS: Ensures recruiting policies and processes comply with legal requirements and organizational standards.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum requirement of 2 years of recruiting or related work experience.
- Technology proficiency such asMicrosoft Office Suite (Excel).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with recruiting technology tools and/or outreach experience (Paradox LinkedIn or other).
- Experience in a manufacturing company or similar.
