The Opportunity

We are currently seeking talented individuals with a grounding in the Finance field who are able to use their professional skills and experience to deliver on advisory engagements across different industries to strengthen our Financial Accounting Advisory (FAAS) team.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to shaping the digital finance function of the future delivering technologyenabled and operational transformation initiatives aligned with the CFO agenda.
• Support clients in process automation finance technology evaluation and datadriven optimization translating business needs into scalable bestpractice solutions.
• Work on advanced financial analysis including planning budgeting and forecasting leveraging modern reporting and analytics platforms.
• Contribute to digitized management reporting endtoend process design and documentation and the development of finance policies and frameworks that enhance governance efficiency and scalability.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional and multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated automationenabled solutions to support complex business challenges

Skills and attributes for success

To qualify for the role you must have

A strong academic background with a bachelors and/or masters degree in Finance Business Administration Management Science & Technology or a related field.

• Several years of working experience in Finance Accounting or Process Automation oriented roles within a well-established company or a consulting firm.
• Experience in managing budgeting processes and monitoring financial performance to inform and enhance strategic financial decision-making.
• Strong analytical numerical and problem-solving skills
  
• Possesses strong technical skills can efficiently handle large datasets and adapts quickly to learning new reporting platforms.
  
• Skilled at juggling multiple priorities under tight deadlines while ensuring deliverables remain high-quality; oversees project milestones and assigns tasks to team members; provides guidance and mentorship by offering prompt and constructive feedback.
  
• Ability to confidently present and clarify complex information both spoken and written in Greek and English.

Ideally you may also have:

• Hands-on experience with business intelligence technologies such as SQL RPAs Power BI or any other reporting platform (CPM tools)
• Professional accountancy qualification or working towards gaining one (ACCA ACA CFA CMA CIMA).
