Position Summary: The DA Product Trainer will lead the development and execution of comprehensive training programs to enhance the knowledge and skills of external partners. This role will ensure that all stakeholders are well-versed in the latest DA product features functionalities and best practices to drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction. The role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training initiatives with business objectives and impactful KPIs create engaging and informative training materials and continuously evaluate the effectiveness of training programs to ensure continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of DA products exceptional communication skills and a proven track record of delivering effective training solutions.
Roles & Responsibility:
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for DA ePromoter agents to meet critical KPIs (e.g. CVR AOV) enhance operational efficiency and improve customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Customer Service (CS) team to identify training needs and create tailored content for various DA products general sales strategies and tangential CS procedures.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs making adjustments as necessary to ensure continuous improvement.
- Partner with content development retail training and other teams to create engaging and informative training materials align on knowledge objectives and ensure comprehensive coverage of key topics.
- Handle and manage confidential information with the utmost discretion ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations to protect sensitive data and maintain trust.
- Work in cross-functional teams as a representative of the broader CS & ePro Ops department for DA.
- Provide ongoing support and mentorship to ePromoter site locations to foster a culture of learning and development for all things DA.
- Deliver impactful training sessions to site locations ensuring their training teams and agents can fully demonstrate expert knowledge on DA products.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Communications Marketing Education or a related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in training and content development preferably within the eCommerce or retail industry.
- Experience in content development and instructional design such as building presentations creating one sheeters quizzes etc.
- Strong understanding of eCommerce sales operations and customer service principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail especially when creating/reviewing content.
- Ability to multitask and have superb time-management.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong analytical skills to assess training needs and measure program effectiveness.
- Experience with modern Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as MyAbsorb and Content Management Systems (CMS) like Sprinklr or ZenDesk.
- Familiarity with Confluence Jira SmartSheet and Tableau.
- Experienced in stakeholder management ensuring key POCs from site locations and other internal departments are completing requests in a timely manner.
