Business Development Manager/Branch Sales Manager
Location: Mesa Arizona and Houston Texas.
Openings 2 at 2 different locations.
Candidates must be from staffing sales background they are not looking for recruiters rather they are hiring sales managers to acquire new clients.
The following are KEY ingredients for this role:
Must have commercial staffing experience
Candidate should have a breakdown of 80% sales activity/20% admin as their daily activity
The client is NOT looking for a recruiter; they are looking for sales/new business development in the commercial staffing industry.
A lot of roles with 1-2 years at reach role will eliminate the candidate
Working remote or hybrid or looking for the same will eliminate the candidate
If the candidate has recently been a VP or GM they will be eliminated based solely on the fact that people who accept demotions will not last in a BM role.
IDEAL candidate
Has strong relationships in their given market and can bring their clients aboard with them
No non-compete to worry about
Live within 20 minutes of the selected location (they will have input in choosing) of the branch.
High energy confident based on a track record of success
Not afraid of NO capable and willing to make 50 calls per day
Entrepreneurial spirit.
