Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst within the Utilities industry.
Strong understanding of ADMS OMS and AMI systems.
Proven ability to gather and interpret requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Excellent analytical problem-solving and project management skills.
Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements Gathering: Conduct thorough analysis to gather and define clear actionable requirements for our ADMS OMS and AMI systems. Ensure these requirements align with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
Process Improvement: Evaluate current processes and systems to identify areas for improvement. Recommend enhancements that will increase efficiency reliability and performance of meter operations.
Project Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Oversee the lifecycle of project development from initiation to deployment ensuring alignment with business goals.
Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders. Translate complex technical concepts into understandable terms to ensure alignment and buy-in.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze data related to meter operations and generate insightful reports. Use these insights to inform strategic decisions and improve system performance.
Compliance and Standards: Ensure all solutions comply with industry standards and regulations. Stay abreast of technological advancements and regulatory changes affecting meter operations.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
