Enterprise SSD Controller Sales Manager opportunity based on-site in Santa Clara California. The position focuses on driving direct sales and business development for enterprise SSD controllers and related storage solutions working with hyperscalers enterprise customers and SSD/NAND ecosystem partners. Ideally looking for someone who speaks Korean. They will relocate a Korean speaker.
Compensation: Competitive base salary with expected total compensation generally in the $200K range depending on experience.
The role involves building strategic customer relationships managing sales pipelines and forecasts supporting pricing and commercial negotiations and coordinating closely with product management R&D and operations teams to execute programs successfully. Travel is approximately 25% and the position requires on-site presence in Santa Clara.
Qualifications
Key Requirements (important):
- Direct sales experience in the Enterprise SSD domain is mandatory
- Approximately 8 12 years of relevant experience in enterprise storage SSD controller or NAND-related markets
- Experience selling to hyperscales enterprise customers or major OEM/ODM accounts
- Native-level English proficiency
- Candidates already based in the U.S. with experience supporting North American customers are strongly preferred
