Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

Design Install monitor and provide support of advanced functions of Citrix Systems and associated ecosystem and related applications directly or with the team.

Upgrading Citrix storefront Delivery controller Storefront and VDAs to newer versions

Taking responsibility for technical issues in the environment and providing problem resolution.

Diagnose and repair system problems working closely with vendor support for all servers software and other hardware directly or with the team members.

Assist in defining maintaining and monitoring compliance to Citrix related security and software policies for the business.

Assist in the design and build out of an Automated environment to allow Citrix Server builds to be provisioned in bulk.

System administration skills in Windows and VMware will be an added advantage.

Proactively maintain all Citrix infrastructure components for a 24x7x365 uptime service.

Maintain best practices on managing systems and services across all environments.

Fault finding analysis and logging information for reporting of performance exceptions.

Proactively monitoring system performance and capacity planning.

Manage coordinate and implement Citrix environment deployments upgrades patches on servers.

Create and modify scripts or applications to perform tasks.

Provide input on ways to improve the stability security efficiency and scalability of the environment.

Collaborate with other teams and team members to develop automation strategies and deployment processes.

Good troubleshooting skills and experienced in handling Global customers

Skills:

XenApp & Xendesktop 7.6 LTSR/7.15 LTSR experience

Citrix Profile Management 5.0

Citrix PVS 7.6

NetScaler VPX/MPX version

VMWare vSphere & Citrix Xenserver 7.0

Good Understanding of Citrix Machine Creation Services (MCS).

Good Understanding of Citrix Provisioning Services (PVS).

Master template creation & management.

Strong understanding on Windows Server 20 2022

Strong understanding of Windows Desktop OS platform.

Experience using Active Directory DHCP DNS IIS 5.0/6.0FTP Group Policy.

Should have Knowledge on ESXi ESX and virtual environment and Capacity planning on Virtual environment.

Provide BAU L1/L2 support in rotational/fixed shift model and good communication skills.

Expertise of managing Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop On-premise environment.

Good knowledge of Citrix Policies

Good Knowledge of Netscaler (ADC)

Good knowledge of Citrix Studio and Citrix Director

Good knowledge of Citrix Secure Email share file

Good knowledge of MFA integration for VDI.

Good knowledge of Citrix Hypervisor.

Good knowledge of creating MCS catalog Delivery Group Image creation.

Good Experience in troubleshooting VDI issues.
