Job Description:
F&A Senior Admin Assistant (Grade 07)
We are looking for a proactive finance professional to manage customer invoice disputes and billing adjustments. This role requires strong customer focus analytical thinking and the ability to work independently in a fastpaced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve customer disputes via Salesforce email and Customer Resolution Portal as per defined DLPs/SOWs
- Validate billing data investigate discrepancies and process accurate adjustments
- Ensure timely followups and endtoend ownership of cases
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and respond to customer queries professionally
- Prepare daily weekly and monthly reports to support visibility and continuous improvement

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problemsolving and attention to detail
- Selfdriven resilient and customeroriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to perform well under pressure
