Job Description:

Sales & Targets: Achieve and monitor sales targets across all assigned stores.
Store Operations: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and compliance with company standards.
Team Management: Hire train and supervise store managers and staff.
Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs analyze reports and improve store performance.
Customer Experience: Maintain high service standards and resolve escalations.
Visual Merchandising: Ensure brand guidelines and display standards are followed.
Inventory Control: Oversee stock levels reduce shrinkage and manage replenishment.
Training & Development: Conduct regular training and motivate teams.
Audit & Compliance: Ensure stores follow SOPs policies and audit requirements.
Coordination: Act as a link between head office and store teams.
