Job Description :
* Achievement of the Assigned Targets of packed Palm and Sunflower Oil
* Manage sale of area Tamilnadu
* Proficiency and technical expertise for devising and establishing companys Packed Sales Procedure and track effective implementation
* Effectively implement the devised Packed Sales Procedures to achieve assigned targets
* Performs Packed sales activities on major accounts and negotiate sales price and discounts in consultation with Reporting Authorities
* Technical knowledge about the various Packed Variants and effective promotion to the customers / brokers
* Payments And Credit Management
* Planning and Forecasting of Sales and setting the team & territory targets accordingly that are achievable and profitable
* Coordination with the Customers Transporters and plant team for ensuring effective sales process
* Abreast of Competitor Strategies product pricing market trends and timely communication to the team about the
* New Market Survey / Analysis and expansion plans and ability to implement effectively
* Accurately forecast annual quarterly and monthly revenue streams and ensures the collection targets are met and as per assigned SOPs
* Verify and ensure adherence to SOP and Company Procedures for the entire packed Sales Transaction
* Presentation Skills in Quarterly Meets / Annual Meets etc.
