POSITION SUMMARY
The Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer provides high-level administrative governance and strategic coordination support to the CEO and Executive Team.
This role plays a key part in supporting the effectiveness of the CEO by coordinating executive operations Board governance processes leadership activities and strategic initiatives. The Executive Assistant ensures that executive priorities are organized documented and supported through strong communication coordination and follow-up. This position supports the Board of Directors CEO and Executive Team in advancing the organizations strategic priorities through respectful relationship management cultural humility and strong organizational coordination. The position requires professionalism sound judgment confidentiality and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

QUALIFICATIONS
HOURS OF WORK: This is a full-time position at 35 hours per week. Some evenings and weekends may be required.
SALARY: Dependent on qualifications. Benefits package pension plan paid sick leave vacation and paid personal leave days.
