As our go-to-market team continues to grow were looking for ambitious high-energy Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to help introduce Advisor360s platform to new prospects and build pipeline across our suite of offerings.
Heres what youll do:
- Conduct outbound prospecting through email LinkedIn and cold calling to generate qualified opportunities for Advisor360s platform.
- Educate prospects on the value of modern wealth management technology including advisor efficiency operational scalability and improved client experiences.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule meetings for the Account Executive team.
- Research and identify key decision-makers within RIAs broker-dealers and wealth management firms.
- Use a consultative approach to uncover pain points related to advisor workflows data fragmentation compliance reporting and firm growth.
- Partner closely with sales product and marketing teams to refine messaging and target ideal customer profiles.
- Track outreach activity pipeline progress and results in CRM and sales engagement tools (e.g. HubSpot).
- Serve as an ambassador for Advisor360 representing our mission values and innovation in every interaction.
What You Bring to the Table:
- 1 years of experience in sales business development or lead generation (SaaS FinTech or AI experience preferred).
- Strong interest in AI emerging technology and how it can transform advisor and client experiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to clearly articulate value.
- A highly motivated self-starter mindset with a desire to exceed goals in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort handling objections and engaging senior-level stakeholders.
- Experience with sales tools such as Salesforce Outreach ZoomInfo or similar platforms is a plus.

The estimated base salary range for this position is $60000 commission & equity.
