POSITION OVERVIEW

This role sits within the AI & Data team serving as a Senior Subject Matter Expert (Level 8) for SAP Data Services. The mission is to lead the architectural setup and migration of data environments onto Azure Cloud while ensuring high-level data integrity and governance for the client.

DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead the SAP Data Services landscape setup on Azure (VM-based deployment).
Configure and manage Local Central and Job repositories to ensure environment stability.
Establish and maintain network connectivity between ECC/SAP systems and Azure (VPN/Networking).
Define data models for current and new data sources in collaboration with architects and end-users.
Provide technical oversight and mentorship to both onshore and offshore junior team members.
Implement data quality best practices and ensure alignment with client security and compliance standards.
