- Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in VIM Implementation Upgrades and roll-outs projects
- Experience in gathering requirements designing configuring and system testing
- Experience in conducting Business Blueprint design workshops and preparation of functional gap analysis
- Experience with handling complex enhancements on the VIM platform
- Experience in working with VIM Fiori Apps for Invoice processing Coding and Approvals
- Sound knowledge of configurations in VIM Open Text Archive Server and integration with SAP AP AR GL and other external applications such as Ariba
- Present and configure VIM workflow scenarios Process Type determination sequence for different document types Configuring and managing exception handling Invoice workflow approval design
- Standard VIM Reports and custom report designing
- Experience in writing functional specifications configuration rational and other project related documents
- Strong analytical problem solving communication and interpersonal skills are required
Responsibilities - Conduct blueprint workshops to gather the Business requirements and prepare comprehensive Functional design documents (FDDs)
- Collaborate with IDS Finance (IT) and Business teams to design application solutions by analyzing functional requirements leveraging standard SAP capabilities proposing configuration specifications and executing system configuration
- Lead cross-functional team members in the implementation of strategic projects and enhancements from requirements gathering through deployment and post-production support
- Coordinate with the third-party AI OCR IT team to ensure successful integration with VIM and oversee end-to-end invoice flow testing
- Manage multiple priorities and effectively balance stakeholder expectations throughout project phases
- Maintain active communication with stakeholders to manage expectations regarding changes to the system and the introduction of new and enhanced functionality
- Work with Business teams to develop and validate test scripts ensuring proper documentation and execution using Test Validation tools such as ValGenesis
- Play an active role in operational readiness testing for application systems including hands-on testing across multiple SIT cycles and coordination of UAT activities
- Conduct change impact assessments to ensure controlled and effective deployment of changes
- Own and resolve application issues engaging additional technical or functional resources as necessary
- Monitor and resolve system integrity issues
- Handle all functional and technical issues in VIM by documenting tracking and updating progress through ServiceNow to ensure timely and effective resolution.
- Follow ServiceNow processes and internal compliance procedures working closely with the Test Management and Compliance teams to ensure timely and compliant migration of changes across subsequent systems
- Analyze problems diagnose them and find root cause and then either create a fix or partner with a team to collaboratively design a solution
- Recreate steps taken by user to locate source problems
- Proactively analyze incident records and use data to identify problems
- Identify and propose approaches to increase usability
- Analyze and troubleshoot system problems perform root cause analysis and develop effective resolution plans in collaboration with relevant teams
- Reproduce user-reported issues to identify the source of problems and deliver timely solutions
