Job Summary

Job Title:Integration Developer( 2 Positions)
Location: Washington DC( On-Site)
Long Term Project

Specializes in building and maintaining API-level and middleware integrations between ServiceNow and Client enterprise systems such as Azure AD PeopleSoft Maximo Genesys CCaaS SCCM Tenable and DCIM.

Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or related field.
Experience:Senior: 4 years enterprise integration development; 2 years working with ServiceNow integration tools (IntegrationHub MID server scripted REST APIs); experience with government or regulated-sector environments preferred.
Certifications: ServiceNow CIS ITSM or relevant integration/middleware certification (MuleSoft Azure Boomi) preferred.
Clearance / Other: U.S.-based required per Client IT contractor policy.

Key Responsibilities:
Design build and test integrations using IntegrationHub scripted web services and Transform Maps
Develop and document API contracts (OpenAPI specs data flow diagrams) for each integration
Implement OAuth2/SAML authentication and enforce data-in-transit encryption standards
Maintain integration health monitoring alerting and runbooks for O&M handoff
Support CMDB Discovery feed configuration and MID server tuning.
