Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior SAP Ariba Integration Engineer to join the Supply Chain Technology team. This is a hands-on technical role focused on SAP Ariba integrations production support and enhancements.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Ariba integrations (minimum 2 projects) APIs and backend technical configurations. This is not a functional or process improvement role-we need a purely technical integration-focused engineer.
Key Responsibilities:-
Provide production support for SAP Ariba applications ensuring performance and data quality

Develop and support Ariba integrations with ERP and external systems

Work on enhancements and technical improvements across Ariba modules
-
Configure and support:
-
Sourcing
-
Contracting
-
Buying/Invoicing (P2P)
-
Supplier Lifecycle Performance (SLP)
-

Monitor integrations and resolve issues related to:
-
Data flows
-
APIs
-
Batch performance
-
-
Collaborate with internal tech teams and business stakeholders
-
Analyze production issues and provide effective solutions/workarounds
-
Ensure compliance security and system stability
-
Maintain documentation per organizational policies
-
Support Agile processes and team collaboration
-
5 years of experience in SAP Ariba (technical/integration role)

Hands-on experience with Ariba integrations (minimum 2 projects)

Strong expertise in:

Ariba P2P SLP Sourcing Contract Management
-
Ariba Network & Guided Buying
-

Experience with:
-
API-based integrations (REST/SOAP Web Services)
-
Master & transactional data interfaces
-
Integration setup and monitoring
-

Knowledge of:
-
Approval flows
-
Manual file upload/download processes
-
Cross-system data flow & reporting
-

Experience integrating SAP Ariba with ERP systems

Strong troubleshooting and issue analysis skills

Solid communication skills (must be able to explain technical concepts clearly)

Experience with SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform)

Familiarity with tools like:

Autosys

NDM

Knowledge of:

SSL protocols

Supplier compliance & third-party risk

Experience with PeopleSoft or non-SAP ERP systems
