Long Term Project
Hands-on configuration and scripted development across all ServiceNow modules. Team composition spans three seniority levels; specific assignments are task-dependent. All developers must meet baseline requirements below; additional requirements by level are noted.
Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science IT or related field (or equivalent work experience for senior roles).
Experience:Senior: 5 yrs ServiceNow development. Mid-level: 3 yrs ServiceNow development. Junior: 1 yr ServiceNow development or equivalent scripting background with demonstrated learning aptitude.
Certifications: ServiceNow CSA required for all levels. Senior: CIS in one or more modules. Mid: CIS in progress or equivalent module-specific experience. Junior: CSA or actively pursuing.
Clearance / Other: Must pass Client background check; ability to work on-site at 300 7th St SW Alexandria and Hyattsville as required.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and configure workflows Flow Designer flows Business Rules Client Scripts and UI Policies
Build and maintain Service Portal pages widgets and catalog items
Write and peer-review server-side (GlideRecord GlideSystem) and client-side JavaScript
Implement integrations using REST/SOAP Message IntegrationHub spokes and Transform Maps
Support unit testing defect resolution and sprint reviews; maintain code in version control
