Job Summary

The NEW Hilton Garden InnClackamas is seeking an experienced and motivated Kitchen Operations Manager for our BUSY Restaurant & Catering operations. This role is responsible for overseeing daily kitchen operations restaurant & catering operations leading the team maintaining Hilton brand standards and ensuring profitability and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the kitchen for restaurant bar catering and breakfast service
  • Lead train and motivate restaurant team members to deliver outstanding guest service
  • Ensure compliance with Hilton brand standards and health & safety regulations
  • Manage scheduling labor costs and staff productivity
  • Monitor food and beverage quality presentation and service standards
  • Control inventory and manage ordering to maintain proper stock levels and minimize waste
  • Work closely with the culinary team to ensure smooth kitchen and front-of-house coordination
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues promptly and professionally
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of all restaurant areas
  • Assist with budgeting forecasting and cost control initiatives



Qualifications

  • MUST HAVE 2 years of restaurant or food & beverage management experience (hotel experience preferred)
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Excellent guest service and communication abilities
  • Experience managing labor inventory and cost controls
  • Knowledge of food safety and health regulations
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Experience with POS systems and restaurant management software preferred
