The NEW Hilton Garden InnClackamas is seeking an experienced and motivated Kitchen Operations Manager for our BUSY Restaurant & Catering operations. This role is responsible for overseeing daily kitchen operations restaurant & catering operations leading the team maintaining Hilton brand standards and ensuring profitability and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the kitchen for restaurant bar catering and breakfast service
- Lead train and motivate restaurant team members to deliver outstanding guest service
- Ensure compliance with Hilton brand standards and health & safety regulations
- Manage scheduling labor costs and staff productivity
- Monitor food and beverage quality presentation and service standards
- Control inventory and manage ordering to maintain proper stock levels and minimize waste
- Work closely with the culinary team to ensure smooth kitchen and front-of-house coordination
- Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues promptly and professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all restaurant areas
- Assist with budgeting forecasting and cost control initiatives
Qualifications
- MUST HAVE 2 years of restaurant or food & beverage management experience (hotel experience preferred)
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent guest service and communication abilities
- Experience managing labor inventory and cost controls
- Knowledge of food safety and health regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Experience with POS systems and restaurant management software preferred
