What Youll Do
Manage daily scheduling operations with a focus on efficiency accuracy and client satisfaction
Match caregivers to clients based on care plans availability and compatibility
Maintain a complete and accurate schedule at least 7days in advance
Respond quickly and effectively to call-offs emergencies and scheduling conflicts
Communicate schedule updates and caregiver changes clearly and proactively to clients and families
Track and document all scheduling updates in company systems
Serve as a key point of contact for client families regarding scheduling needs
Answer phones and serve as a front-line support for the office
Help keep the Ames office running smoothly day-to-day
Collaborate with internal team members to identify hiring needs
Help maintain caregiver compliance by tracking certifications licenses and required documentation
Assist in the field as needed including caregiving support and completing client assessments
Report directly to the Director of Operations (DO)
Build strong relationships with caregivers and clients to foster a positive experience
Support leadership in resolving concerns incidents or service issues
What You Bring
High School Diploma or GED required
At least 1 year of scheduling staffing or logistics experience preferred
Customer service experience strongly preferred
Home care or healthcare experience (including caregiving or assessments) is a plus
Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to think quickly problem-solve and make sound decisions
Comfortable handling multiple phone lines and high call volume
A team-oriented mindset with the ability to also work independently
