You will take pride in producing accurate and quality production schedules which account for servicelevel targets inventory targets plant resources and costs optimization. You will drive continuous improvement ofpeople and processes across the planning and vendor scheduling functions. You will be the primary contactfor MFG leadership planning & commercial teams external manufacturers and international supply chain formanagement of inventory and production planning.
How you will contribute
You will:
- Make Quality production plan based on DSRP recommendations Pre-SOP & other knownactivities in order to achieve appropriate balance between inventory cost and customer service level. Driverescheduling / recovery of misses with Department Mangers. Communicate about all run out plans to plant.(allowing for appropriate capacity / labor decisions); Achieve stock build targets. Labor variances notadversely effected due to planning activity. Provide direction to other planner & Vendor Schedulers on howto address forthcoming events Including new product introduction capacity constraints and lineshutdowns. Direct involvement in the production scheduling process in order to ensure optimum stockholdings. Regular Maintenance and Housekeeping of data to ensure Prism is making validrecommendations.
- Work effectively with internal & external stakeholders (serviceproviders contract employee Labor agencies co-Packing/ ) to ensure Productioncompliance to schedules based on demand in accordance to our standards procedures and and timely report & resolve any issues to pre-empt any business impact and/or accommodatechanges to production and/or customer service levels as appropriateafter alignment of all stakeholders.
- Build capability mastery on SAP planning systems. Manage inventory to KPI targets. Support IBP preparation and metric dashboard. Adhere to manufacturing and regulatory compliance standards/regulations. Leverage IL6S standard work process and own one or more of the pillar systems/processes. Participate in projects that drive value and loss elimination.
- Drive continuous improvement with Snr Planner of scheduling procedures and processes maximizing use ofcurrent technology & challenging current procedures in order to simplify the planning process and reducepossibility of errors
- Provide action plans for work processes & procedures to be improved & shift quota changes through Pre Sop process with root cause analysis. Continuousimprovement of tracking of work force requirements & Quotas with regular updates to achieve No Missesdue to labor shortages or inappropriate Quotas.
What you will bring

- Relevant work experience in production & material planning demand planning inventory management &handling Line Operations and/or Forecasting
- Computer proficiency (MS Office to include Word Excel PowerPoint) & experience in ERP (SAP) systems
- Excellent communication skills (Verbal and Written) Analytical & Problem solving skills strong collaborationand relationship management skills

Salary and Benefits:
The base salary range for this position is $61800 to $84975; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience skills education and addition to base salary this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
