Job Summary
Job Title: Program Planning & Scheduling Analyst (Integrated Master Scheduler)
Location: Remote
Position Overview
We are seeking a Program Planning & Scheduling Analyst to support complex aerospace and defense programs. This role will provide planning and scheduling support across multiple mission requirements and collaborate with cross-functional program teams including engineering procurement contracts production and business management.
The candidate will support development and maintenance of the Program Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and provide schedule analysis using Critical Path Methodology Earned Value Management (EVM) and Deltek Open Plan tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain components of the Program Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
- Support proposal schedule development and Basis of Estimate (BOE)
- Analyze schedules using Critical Path Methodology
- Provide schedule risk and opportunity analysis
- Support Earned Value Management (EVM) reporting
- Assist with IPMDAR reporting requirements
- Coordinate scheduling inputs across Integrated Product Teams (IPTs)
- Ensure cross-functional collaboration between engineering manufacturing procurement and program management teams
- Monitor schedule performance and identify impacts to cost delivery or program milestones
- Prepare program status reports schedule metrics and presentations
- Support proposal development and program schedule planning
- Participate in internal and external program audits
Basic Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in program planning and scheduling
- Experience with Critical Path Method (CPM)
- Experience with Deltek Open Plan scheduling tool
- Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)
- Experience with IPMDAR reporting
- Experience with Milestones Professional scheduling software
- Experience supporting Engineering Manufacturing & Development (EMD) programs
- Experience with schedule control processes and proposal development
- Experience supporting internal and external program audits
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Required (Must Have)
- Previous F-35 program experience
- 5 years EMD program scheduling experience
- 5 years Critical Path scheduling
- 5 years Deltek Open Plan
- 5 years EVM
- Experience with IPMDAR reporting
- 5 years Milestones Professional
