Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Collection Officer to manage overdue accounts and ensure timely recovery of outstanding payments. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining portfolio quality while adhering to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
Handle overdue accounts and conduct regular follow-ups for payment recovery
Contact customers via calls and field visits (if required)
Negotiate repayment plans and resolve payment-related issues
Maintain accurate collection records reports and MIS
Ensure compliance with internal collection policies and regulatory norms
Coordinate with Credit and Operations teams for account updates
Monitor delinquency buckets and work toward reducing NPA levels
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline
1–3 years of experience in Collections / Recovery / Credit Operations
Experience in handling secured/unsecured loan portfolios preferred
Good communication and negotiation skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
