Role Overview
We are hiring a National Key Account Manager for a leading FMCG company to manage and grow key modern trade and national retail accounts. The role will be responsible for driving sales growth strengthening strategic partnerships and executing key account strategies across major retail and e-commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Manage national and modern trade accounts such as large retail chains and e-commerce platforms.
Develop and implement Joint Business Plans (JBP) with key accounts.
Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets across assigned accounts.
Lead commercial negotiations annual agreements and promotional plans.
Coordinate with internal teams including Marketing Supply Chain and Finance for seamless execution.
Track sales performance analyze market trends and provide regular business insights.
Experience Required
8β12 years of experience in FMCG / Consumer Products sales.
Strong experience in Modern Trade / National Key Account Management.

MBA (Top B School)
