Job Summary
This is a remote position.
Key Responsibilities
Edit raw video footage into engaging high-quality videos
Add transitions effects text subtitles and background music
Create short-form and long-form videos for social media YouTube and marketing campaigns
Ensure all videos align with brand guidelines and storytelling standards
Retouch and enhance video quality (color correction audio sync etc.)
Collaborate with content creators educators and the marketing team
Develop creative concepts and visual storytelling approaches
Make revisions based on feedback and ensure the timely delivery of projects
Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines consistently
Requirements
6 months to 1 year of experience in video editing or similar role
Basic understanding of video composition storytelling color and typography
Hands-on experience with tools like Canva Adobe Premiere Pro After Effects Photoshop Illustrator or InDesign
Ability to work with different media formats and editing styles
Strong creative thinking and attention to detail
Good communication and collaboration skills
Ability to take feedback positively and iterate quickly
A strong portfolio showcasing previous video editing work
Background in Graphic Design Multimedia or related field
Experience in social media content creation (Reels Shorts Ads)
Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animations
