Outbound Marketing Manager, Prime Video IN

Job Summary
This role offers exposure to multiple stakeholders within Prime Video and direct impact on business outcomes across high-growth markets. It is a great fit for a marketer with CRM/direct marketing experience who is energised by hands-on campaign execution experimentation and working in a fast-paced multi-market environment. You will work closely with the regional growth storefront & engagement teams to ensure outbound programs are aligned with broader goals. This role will be based out of Mumbai.
Key job responsibilities
This is an individual contributor role. Strong analytical skills high ownership and customer obsession and the ability to deliver results at pace will be critical to succeed.
- Execute outbound campaigns across IN & SEA: Own end-to-end execution of outbound marketing campaigns across email push and WhatsApp. Manage campaign components including segmentation creative briefing copy scheduling QA and deployment.
- Optimise channel engagement and health: Monitor and improve channel engagement and health metrics (open rates CTR opt-outs deliverability). Analyse performance data to identify patterns and trends and recommend optimisations to improve effectiveness.
- Develop and execute experiment roadmaps: Build A/B testing roadmaps for subject lines content types send times segmentation and personalisation. Execute experiments analyse results and share learnings with the team and cross-functional partners.
- Support personalisation and automation programs: Support the execution of personalised marketing programs and automation workflows. Contribute to improving automation coverage and reducing manual campaign effort across locales.
- Manage campaign lifecycle for key moments: Execute outbound campaigns for title launches retail events onboarding flows lapse prevention and re-engagement programs. Ensure timely high-quality delivery aligned with content and storefront calendars.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with storefront content marketing product marketing and BI teams to align outbound campaigns with broader engagement goals. Develop strong working relationships with central marketing and tech teams.
- Report on performance and progress: Analyse metrics and work with BI to understand campaign performance. Contribute to weekly/monthly reporting and present campaign results and experiment learnings to managers and stakeholders.
- Adapt and localise: Work with global outbound product teams to adapt localise and implement new features and tools. Learn and apply outbound best practices across markets.

This team takes full ownership of customer engagement which requires a solid grasp of key engagement metrics and a track record of high performance across different market segments
- 3 years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation macros charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building and optimizing multiple simultaneous marketing campaigns
- Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams
- Experience in multi-territory campaign management
- Experience in digital marketing and content production timelines and process
