与医疗机构建立长期战略合作伙伴关系提升医院准入能力提高患者治疗的可及性
建立与所负责区域关键客户沟通的平台合规地传递公司和产品价值推动公司产品在重点医疗机构的准入并保障安全运营
建立高效的内部跨部门沟通和合作机制驱动业务机会和策略的实现 实施战略项目发展和巩固与关键客户的战略合作伙伴关系实现双赢
所负责区域危机事件的管理 领导并支持销售团队推动区域内非HA目标医院的准入提升区域整体准入能力 与区域MA上下联动推动区域准入政策的落地探索准入新模式
任职要求
至少8年医药行业销售或市场工作经验 具有大型外资制药企业关键客户管理经验者和/或3年以上销售管理经验者优先考虑
对医疗改革的趋势和市场准入环境变化具有高度的敏感性学习和分析能力强
优秀的人际沟通能力影响力及项目管理能力
具备业务敏锐度及解决复杂事务的能力
态度积极主动结果导向 乐于接受挑战并承担压力
