Job Summary:

In this role the Contract Analyst ensures accurate compliant execution of customer contracts by entering pricing terms and conditions into CLM and ERP systems. This role acts as a data steward partnering closely with Finance Sales Credit and Strategic Deal Teams to maintain contract integrity monitor lifecycle activities and resolve data quality issues. The ideal candidate is detailoriented analytical and comfortable working independently in a fastpaced repetitive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Enter and maintain contract data pricing and terms in CLM/ERP systems

Monitor contract lifecycle activities (amendments renewals terminations)

Identify and resolve data quality issues

Ensure compliance with contractual terms

Collaborate with Finance Sales and Deal Teams on contract operations

Maintain accurate records and manage downstream contract processes

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree

3 years in contracts pricing sales operations or analytical roles

Experience with CLM/ERP systems (Agiloft SAP GDC preferred)

Strong analytical skills accuracy and attention to detail

Proficiency in Microsoft & Google Suite
