The Systems Analyst is responsible for analyzing designing and implementing solutions for information systems to support business operations. This role works closely with stakeholders IT teams and external vendors to gather requirements improve processes and ensure systems align with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather document and analyze business and technical requirements.
- Evaluate existing systems and identify areas for improvement or automation.
- Design system specifications workflows and functional solutions.
- Collaborate with developers and IT teams to implement system enhancements.
- Conduct system testing validation and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Support system integrations and data migration projects.
- Provide technical documentation and end-user training.
- Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolution with appropriate teams.
- Ensure systems comply with security data governance and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Education & Experience
- Bachelors degree in information systems Computer Science Business Administration or related field.
- 5 years of experience in systems analysis or related IT role.
- Experience with ERP CRM or enterprise systems.
- Strong understanding of databases (SQL knowledge preferred).
- Familiarity with system integration and APIs.
- Experience with reporting tools (Power BI Tableau etc. preferred).
- Knowledge of SDLC methodologies (Agile Waterfall etc.).
Preferred Qualifications (Optional)
- Experience in industry-specific systems: healthcare logistics life sciences finance etc..
- Experience with SAP Oracle or other enterprise platforms.
- Certification such as CBAP PMI-PBA or ITIL.
Soft Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
