Customer Manager Transit Subsidy Program
Location: Washington DC

PRI is seeking a Customer Manager to provide support at a federal customer site in Washington DC with a primary focus on the Transit Subsidy Benefit (TSB) program.
Position Summary
The Customer Manager supports the administration of the Transit Subsidy Benefit program by providing customer service data management reconciliation and program support activities across multiple locations. The role ensures accurate enrollment compliance and timely customer support using government systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and maintain employee enrollment data for the Transit Subsidy program
- Reconcile employee records against applications and supporting documentation
- Develop and execute reconciliation plans and periodic enrollment reviews
- Assist employees with lost stolen damaged or destroyed transit benefit cards
- Track enrollment changes related to onboarding offboarding and office transfers
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external transit partners as required
- Assist with updates to internal procedures and provide input on system enhancements
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide clear guidance on program requirements
Requirements
Experience supporting customer management or benefits administration programs
Familiarity with ServiceNow SharePoint or similar operational systems
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Ability to manage recurring tasks and deadlines
Strong customer service and communication skills
