Location: Richmond Hybrid (3 days onsite/week)

VDOT is seeking an experienced Program Manager with strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform especially Power Apps and Power Automate. This role will lead the Business Integrated Solutions Divisions support initiatives for low-code/no-code business enablement tools across the agency.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical program management governance stakeholder communication and team leadership along with hands-on troubleshooting experience in Canvas Apps and Power Automate flows.

• Lead intake prioritization and resource allocation for program initiatives
• Manage and mentor analysts supporting Power Platform usage
• Provide hands-on troubleshooting/support for Canvas Apps and Power Automate flows
• Conduct training sessions workshops and adoption initiatives
• Present program updates risks and recommendations to leadership
• Establish governance best practices and lifecycle management processes
• Ensure solutions align with security compliance and agency standards
• Maintain documentation and user guidance materials
• Coordinate with IT security and business stakeholders
• Identify risks/issues and implement mitigation plans

• 7 years in:
